These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import duties or local taxes, which may be charged separately by your country. We do our best to display products accurately, but colors can look slightly different from one screen to another.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
Orders
An order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Packages confirmed as lost in transit are replaced or refunded by us.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Warranty and disclaimer
Our products carry the 1-year warranty described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that warranty, products are provided as is and we make no other guarantees. A phone case reduces the risk of damage, it does not eliminate it. We are not responsible for damage to your phone or its screen.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
The content of this store, including text, images, layout and the Noirelle name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to place fraudulent orders.
Third-party links
Our store may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment of your order is the one that applies to it.
