Gelatto Ice Silk Polo: Wear-It-All-Summer Guarantee
The Gelatto comes with a 60-day guarantee that covers real wear. Wear it, wash it, sweat in it. If it isn't the coolest, most comfortable polo you own, write to us within 60 days of receiving it and we'll refund your money. If the size is off, we exchange it for free and pay the exchange shipping. No fine print, no hoops to jump through.
60-day returns on all other items
For every other item, Van Rohde offers a return period of 60 days after you receive your order. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If you'd like to request a return or an exchange, please contact us at kontakt@vanrohde.com. Please include your order number, your name and the email address you used to place the order.
Condition of returns
Except for the Gelatto guarantee, items should be returned unworn, unused, complete and in good condition. Tags, accessories, protective materials and the original packaging should all be included.
For watches and accessories, please include the box, documents, cards, instructions, accessories and complete packaging, where available.
Return shipping costs
We pay the shipping for Gelatto size exchanges and for items that arrived damaged, defective or wrong. For other returns because you changed your mind, the return shipping is on you, unless the law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, the item is inspected. If the return is accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.
Warranty
Warranty claims may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, condition and contents of the delivery. Where available, you'll find information about possible warranties on the respective product page.
