We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days after shipping.

All delivery times are estimates in business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on the country, public holidays, customs clearance, logistics availability and delivery address.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Depending on the destination country and carrier, tracking may update with a delay. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

No customs or import fees

We take care of customs and import fees for every country we ship to. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
